Please read and agree to the Tenant Application Criteria before submitting a rental application. These Tenant Application Criteria standards will be used to judge your application for tenancy. You must meet the  standards to qualify for a rental in our properties. Applicants are judged on the same standards, one person or one family at a time, on a first come first serve basis. Please complete application entirely. Incomplete applications will not be accepted nor processed.
Credit Application Fees
The online application fee is $30.00 per person over the age of 18.
Applications are available by downloading from our website, by mail, or may be picked up at our office.
